演奏から作詞・作曲、編曲まですべて自らで行うアーティスト Daisuke Kazaoka の1stアルバム『サウンドスケープ』。 Daisuke Kazaoka はレゲエ(ダブ)、フォーク、アンビエントにエレクトロニカなどを自身の表現に取り込む。画家がパレットの絵具で描くように、彼は音楽のジャンルを駆使して心象をともなう風景を描き出す。 描き出された 9 の風景には没入感があり「木々に鳥、水辺などに出会う、とある島に行き着く白昼夢」を見ているような体験を得られる。3曲目「水色の午後」に「あの日に捨てたもの　なのに今は静かな希望」という一節がある。静謐でただ頬を伝う、そういう類の涙を誘う詞も綴られている。現代写真家の小林万葉により撮影されたアートワークも彼の世界観の一助となる。 サウンドスケープ”is the first album by Daisuke Kazaoka, an artist who performs, writes lyrics, and arranges all of his own music. He incorporates reggae (dub), folk, ambient, electronica, and more into his expression. These are like the paints on a painter's palette, and Daisuke Kazaoka uses them to create landscapes that accompany his mental images. The 9 landscapes depicted are immersive and provide the viewer with the experience of “daydreaming about an island where one encounters trees, birds, and bodies of water.The third song, “水色の午後,” includes the line, “What I threw away that day, yet now I have a quiet hope.
